Please read carefully and be sure you understand our Terms & Conditions prior to downloading or using any of our products ( "templates" and "customized templates" ) or services ( "customizations" and "subscriptions" ). Your purchase or use of our products or services implies that you have read and accepted the below Terms & Conditions ( the "license" ) issued by accessibletemplate ( "us" ).
These terms may change at any time under our discretion without prior notice.

License
All PHP files included on our commercial templatesthat call any Joomla function are licensed under the appropriate GPL license of the parent platform. If not otherwise stated, all cascading style sheets, javascript and images included on our templates are NOT GPL, and are released in accordance with the rest of these Terms & Conditions. You may not offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind unless used or manipulated for your own or your clients purposes ( see "Redistribuition" paragraph ).
The free edition of our templates is released under the GPL license and partially under the EUPL license. You are free to share them and redistribuite them in accordance to the GPL and EUPL licenses. In details, all PHP files are licensed under the appropriate GPL license of the parent platform. All cascading style sheets, javascript and images are released under the EUPL v.1.1 license.

Redistribuition
You may not offer any commercial template, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind unless used or manipulated for your own or your clients purposes. In details, you may not place any portions of our products that is covered under this licence, modified or unmodified, on a CD or website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale as your own, or include them in a package or extension of your own.
This means that you can use our premium templates to create websites for yourself or your clients, but you cannot redistribute or resell the whole template by itself or as part of a package or extension with redistribution purposes. Any of our premium templates, modified or unmodified, given to another person/company must be part of a complete website that you created as part of a web design service ( in which you are working on a contract basis with the client ).

Ownership and Liability
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products ( free or commercial ), modified or unmodified. All products are property of Francesco Zaniol - DandiSoft P.IVA / VAT Number 04526540267.
Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our products to fit your specific needs. You are not authorised to remove the copyright information ( if present ) in the files included in our products ( all files utilized must retain their respective licenses ). You may remove the copyright information from the footer of the free templates.
Redistributing non-GPL/non-EUPL portions of our products as GPL/EUPL or otherwise is strictly prohibited.
Assignability
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license or your subscription to anyone else.
Warranty
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind: We cannot guarantee they will function with all third party components, plugins or web browsers. Once you modify any of the template files or include third party applications, we cannot guarantee that the template will work. We cannot guarantee that our products will run with future versions of Joomla!. We cannot guarantee that your/your client's website will reach a certain accessibility level by using one of our template.
In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products or services.
You acknowledge by your use of our products or services that it is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with our products or services.
Refund policy
Since we offer non-tangible goods we do not issue refunds after the template is purchased or after the subscription is made or after you paid for any of our services. You are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any of our products or services from our website.
Usage
You can use the purchased templates on as many websites as you want as long as you own those websites and you are the creator ( personal use ). If you are working for a client as part of a payed service, you can use the purchased template only on one single website ( commercial use ).
Updates & Price changes
We reserve the right to redevelop, change and release templates with no prior notice.
Prices of all subscriptions, services and products can be subject to change with or without prior notice.
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof ) with or without notice.
Support
We reserve the right to respond and answer technical questions ( e.g. installation, customization, administration, etc. ) only to our customers. We offer support via email or our private members-only ticket system.
We do not offer direct code customization as support service. For a customized template the user may pay additional fees.
We do not offer support that isn't related to our templates (For example, general support regarding Joomla or third party plugins).
We reserve the right to drop any kind of support with a notification of two weeks of advance.
Delivery
Once your payment is verified you will recive an email ( usually immediately or within minutes ) for the activation of your download or the subscription. Be aware that delays may happen from your bank; we shall not be responsible for these delays.
Template purchase
A single template purchase gives you access to the download page of the chosen template plus a 1 month support service.
Note that after your subscription expires or once you purchase a single template, you ( or your clients ) may continue to use our templates on your / their website for an unlimited time ( not time-limited ).
Accessibility level achievement
Our templates are designed to reach a high level of accessibility but we cannot assure that you website will reach a certain level of accessibility or validation. This may happen because the accessibility level may change once any of the theme file is modified, or a third plugin is installed, or if the content added by a publisher is not accessible. In shorthand, the accessbility level of a Joomla website does not depend only on the used template.
