What support do you offer?

As a customer you will have access to our official support email, which will be communicated to you after any purchase. We will help you with issues regarding the installation, setup, and minor modifications of your template, or if you're having trouble with your account or membership.
If you paid for a single template you will have the right to 1 month support; if you paid for a premium membership, you have the right to 6 months support.

If you haven't paid for our themes, feel free to contact us if you have any general questions about the Zhong Framework, however note that we do not provide technical support to non-customers.

How fast will you answer?

Depending on our workload, we usually answer questions within 48 hours work days (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, Italian time - GMT +1).
