What support do you offer?
As a customer you will have access to our ticket system. You can find the link in the user menu once logged in. We support you with any issues regarding installation, setup, modification and customization of a template or if you're having trouble with your account. Note that we provide technical support only via our ticket system and only to our customers. If you aren't our customer and you need some generic information regarding Zhòng or our company feel free to contact us, we will be happy to answer your questions.
We usually answer questions once a day, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, Italian time ( GMT +1 ). You will most likely get an answer within 24 hours on workdays.
Where can I find help for installing or customizing my template?
For each template we provide a useful guide that explains how to install and configure our templates. If you're having trouble and the guide doesn't help to solve your problems then don't hesitate to use the ticket system.
Do you offer free technical support for the Zhong template?
No, once you downloaded the Zhong framework we provide an installation guide but we do not offer technical support to non-customers. However, if you want to ask some general question regarding Zhong or our company you are more than welcome to contact us.
